In this photo essay, Joseph Rodriguez tells the story of Katrina Robinson and her two sons, who were evacuated to Dallas, Texas, after the hurricane. Like many other low-income New Orleanians trying to remake their lives elsewhere, Robinson's struggles are without number. Her situation is compounded by medical issues for which she has no health insurance.
