Youth Radio

Youth Radio's Brandon McFarland sat down with Troy "Trombone Shorty" Andrews, a 21-year-old New Orleans musician who has been a fixture in the city's jazz scene since he was a child. Andrews talks about New Orleans's contribution to his sound, the impact of Hurricane Katrina on his family, and the healing power of music. The interview also includes cuts from his latest album, "Orleans & Claiborne."
