IRF and EU Launch "Information Week Online: EU Programs for Ukrainian NGOs"

The International Renaissance Foundation (IRF), the Soros foundation in Ukraine, and the Delegation of European Commission to Ukraine, Moldova and Belarus have joined together to launch an online initiative providing resources and information for and about NGOs in Ukraine. The initiative, "Information Week Online" (www.civicua.org/eu/index.html), is a Ukrainian-language website website presented in conjunction with the Civic Space Portal.
