The Hungarian Civil Youth Sector, Highlighting Roma Organizations
The problems of Roma youth in Hungary are well known: most live in poverty and suffer from unemployment and lack of education. Over the past two decades government and civil sector organizations have developed to address these issues, yet very little is known about these groups. This Open Society Youth Initiative study compiles difficult-to-find information and offers suggestions on what needs to be done to aid these organizations.
