Travel and Event Grants

Guidelines

As a part of its overall strategy, the IWP supports and helps to build the capacity of national and regional women's groups, human rights groups, and other relevant organizations to undertake advocacy, education, and outreach. Through its Travel and Event Grants Program the IWP aims to amplify the voices of women's rights advocates in key international policy venues to: ensure visibility of their issues and regions; provide access to larger policy platforms to reinforce advocacy work; increase partnerships with other networks and coalitions; and/or engage policymakers and processes at the international or regional levels.
