OSI Director Issues Legal Analysis of NSA Surveillance Program
A memorandum from OSI Director of U.S. Advocacy Morton Halperin argues that the warrantless National Security Agency (NSA) surveillance program is an illegal and unnecessary intrusion into the privacy of all Americans.
