Mahvish Khan is a recent law school graduate and journalist. She has been published in the Wall Street Journal, the New York Times, the Washington Post, and other media. She lives in San Diego.

Amrit Singh

Amrit Singh is a staff attorney at the ACLU's Immigrants' Rights Project, and co-author of Administration of Torture: A Documentary Record from Washington to Abu Ghraib and Beyond. She is counsel in ACLU v. Department of Defense, litigation concerning the treatment and detention of prisoners held by the U.S. in Afghanistan, Iraq, Guantánamo Bay and other locations abroad.
