Justice Policy Institute
Roberta Franklin will lead and expand �Family Members of Inmates,� a project to mobilize the relatives of inmates including ex-felons. She will conduct a public education campaign and mobilize grassroots groups in four cities in Alabama around sentencing reform, improved conditions in corrections facilities, and alternatives to incarceration.
