Kerry Cook
2004

Kerry Cook will write a memoir detailing his experience as an innocent person wrongly convicted and trapped within the Texas criminal justice system, a case that has been documented as "the worst case of police and prosecutorial misconduct in Texas history.” His story will speak to the critical need for criminal justice reform at the state and national level and will tell of his 22-year journey in prison as an innocent man that reveals the triumph of the human spirit.
