Felon Voting Rights is Featured Topic

The issue of felon voting rights is among the featured topics in a New York Times Magazine year-end special report.

The article, entitled "The Year in Ideas," cites the work of OSI grantee the Sentencing Project and OSI Individual Projects Fellow Chris Uggen on the effects of felon disenfranchisement in the United States.
