Race to Rebuild: The Color of Opportunity and the Future of New Orleans, published by OSI grantee the Center for Social Inclusion, analyzes data on the progress of rebuilding New Orleans communities. The report also examines rebuilding policies to show that current policies are insufficient to help black New Orleanians return or rebuild their lives. Race to Rebuild grades progress in indicators including housing, health care, education, and utilities.

The report is available for download below or on the Center for Social Inclusion website at www.centerforsocialinclusion.org.
