Center for Research on Fathers, Children and Family Well-Being
2008 The Center for Research on Fathers, Children, and Family Well-Being will use its OSI support to study the effects of the New York State Earned Income State Tax Credit and its impact on employment and earnings of low-income, noncustodial fathers. More specifically, the aims of the proposed study are to determine the extent to which low to moderate-income, noncustodial fathers are aware of the tax credit, its eligibility requirements, and how recipients of the tax credit use it. Funding will also be used for the development of a three-year strategic plan for the center. $200,000 | 1 year | |
