Professional Development Institute

The educators and administrators of the Eagle Academy for Young Men present a two-day intensive institute on techniques and best practices within and outside the classroom, which can make a dramatic difference in the academic and personal development of male students.

The Eagle Academy is a leader in educating male youth, currently serving 600 students at two schools in New York City. The Professional Development Institute was created in response to requests from educators throughout the U.S. about what the Eagle methodology is, how it works, and how it can be applied to other schools.
