A grant to support The Institute for Public Policy, whose main objective is to assist the development of Romania's democratic process through extensive primary research, fostering open discussions and unbiased public policy analysis. The main areas of expertise: Governance and Democracy (anticorruption/conflict of interest, transparency of public funds' spending, political parties' finances, public procurement), Economic Policy and Development (fiscal decentralization, regional development), EU Accession and European Neighborhood Policy (Border security, European Neighborhood). IPP's analyses are based on extensive quantitative data. Its advocacy skills proved to be very efficient especially at the level of the central administration.
