During the last ten years, EDA has developed specific expertise and policy research capacities evolving from a training and consultancy organization to one of the most influential nongovernmental designers of responsible and innovative policy solutions in Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as to a vibrant policy development node in the area of Western Balkans.

Targeted policy areas involve: decentralization, local and regional development, public administration reform, youth entrepreneurship and employment.

The EDA core team includes ten full-time members, while the network of contributors enlists more than twenty researches and consultants throughout the Western Balkans.
