Call for Applications: Centre National des Œvres Universitaires et Scolaires (CNOUS)
October 22, 2007

The Open Society Institute's Scholarship Programs seek applicants for a graduate-level fellowship program co-sponsored by OSI and the French government. Open to residents of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan, the fellowship provides one-year master's-level study at a French university, providing fellows the opportunity to receive a degree in one of the following fields: anthropology, economic theory, ethnology, history, philosophy, political science, public administration, sociology, or theory of law.

Upon completion of the program, fellows return home to apply their knowledge and experiences in practice or in academic settings.

For more information and an application form, see the program guidelines.
