AMIDEAST
AMIDEAST, the America-Mideast Educational and Training Services, is a non-profit organization which aims to increase intercultural understanding between the American and Middle East and North Africa people. The regional centers offer educational advice, educational testing and support as well as facilitating exchange programs. The organization acts as administrators for the OSI, USAID and partner university funded Palestinian Faculty Development Program.
British Council
The British Council, a UK registered charity, is the United Kingdom's international organisation for cultural relations and educational opportunities. The British Council provides administrative support for the OSI Chevening Awards in Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Jordan, Lebanon, Palestine, Pakistan and Syria.
Chevening
Chevening, a scholarship scheme from the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office, provides financial funding along with OSI and 15 UK universities for the OSI Chevening Awards for Master's level scholarships for suitably qualified applicants from 29 countries.
CNOUS
CNOUS, the Centre National des Œuvres Universitaires et Scolaires, is a public organization which aims to equalize access to higher education for all as well as facilitating international student exchanges in to and outside of France. CNOUS co-operates with OSI on the CNOUS-OSI Scholarship Program for scholars from Central Asia.
CROUS
CROUS, the network of French student services, is overseen by the CNOUS agency and aims to serve student needs on a local level. CROUS provides local administrative support for the CNOUS-OSI Program.
DAAD
The German Academic Exchange Service is a publically-funded organization which informs prospective students and educators about study options in Germany. Since 2001, DAAD has co-funded the DAAD-OSI Awards for Central Asia and the Caucasus, with the more recent additions of Belarus, Moldova, the Ukraine and select countries in the Balkans to offer MA, PhD and Faculty Exchange scholarships. DAAD also acts as the local administers of the grant.

USAID
USAID is an independent federal government agency which works to support equitable economic growth and advances U.S. foreign policy objectives in the areas of economic growth, agriculture and trade, global health,
democracy, conflict prevention and humanitarian assistance. OSI partners with USAID on the Palestinian Faculty Development Program.
