American Councils for International Education
A nonprofit education, training, and consulting organization specializing in the countries of Eastern Europe, Russia, and Eurasia.

Democracy Education Exchange Program
The goal of the DEEP program is to enable educators and policy makers from countries in Central and Eastern European and the former Soviet Union to work with their counterparts from the United States to promote civics and government education through a broad range of activities which include seminars, educational visits, home stays, translation and/or development of curricular and training programs.

Eastchance provides information on international scholarships and grants for students from Central and Eastern Europe.

INTAS
INTAS bridges scientific communities through partnership. It supports innovative scientists by funding joint high-quality research projects that aim to advance scientific knowledge for the mutual benefit of countries from throughout Europe and the former Soviet Union.

Kennan Institute
The institute, in conjunction with the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars, provides a forum for bringing historical depth on and contemporary understanding of Russia and the former Soviet Union to the United States.
