All Aboard! is Dalibor Stajikj's project aimed at the young Roma population of Skopje, Macedonia. Facing daily discrimination and exclusion, young Romani have few opportunities for future development and lack support from the community around them to integrate into society. The "All Aboard!" project involves an interactive workshop in which ten young Romani with excellent academic backgrounds in their senior high school year tackle the concepts of social inclusion, nonformal education, and effective communication.
Local actors such as Romaversitas, a nongovernmental organization also supported by OSI which advocates for a better academic environment for young Romani in Macedonia, were also approached to bolster the project. At the end of the workshop, each participant was encouraged to take part in another creative project, which it is hoped will empower them to continue making a positive and active contribution to society at large.
