Soros Supplementary Grant Program

Note: This program has been discontinued and is no longer available to new applicants.

The Soros Supplementary Grant Program was created to assist citizens of the countries of Central and Eastern Europe, the former Soviet Union, and Mongolia who are pursuing advanced study within this region but outside of their home countries. The goal is to support cross-cultural, intraregional student mobility as part of the Open Society Institute’s overall efforts to strengthen the academic network within and among these countries.
