Open Society Foundation Maastricht University Scholarship

Application Guidelines

The Open Society Foundation and the Maastricht University invite applications for scholarships in the field of European Studies. Applicants will be able to choose one of the three available courses: the master’s program in European Studies, master of European Public Affairs, or master’s Analyzing Europe.

The scholarships are open for applicants from Georgia, Moldova, and the Ukraine.

Applicants should have outstanding relevant academic qualifications and good English skills. Each 18-month scholarship covers the tuition fees at Maastricht University, a stipend to cover living costs (for one person only) during the studies and the internship, and return air travel from the scholar’s home country. On completion of the scholarship, scholars are expected to return to their home country to resume their studies or work there.

For more information, please see the Maastricht University Scholarship guidelines.
