The Network Scholarship Programs and the Centre National des Œuvres Universitaires et Scolaires (CNOUS) offer up to 15 awards per year for students from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan for one year of study at the postgraduate level at French universities.
