Afghan Communications Scholarship
The Afghan Communications Scholarship provides fully funded fellowships to qualified citizens of Afghanistan.

Alumni Grant Program
The program offers grants to Scholarship Programs alumni to further expand the knowledge gained during their fellowship and make a positive contribution to their home country.

Centre National des Œuvres Universitaires et Scolaires
Scholarship Programs and the Centre National des Oeuvres Universitaires et Scolaires offer awards for students from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan for one year of postgraduate study at French universities.

DAAD-OSI Program
The German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) and OSI Scholarship Programs cosponsor a scholarship program for graduate students and junior faculty in the Transcaucasian and Central Asian countries of the former Soviet Union.

Doctoral Fellows Program
The OSI Doctoral Fellows Program is designed to provide the highest research and teaching qualifications to individuals from Tajikistan and Moldova who are positioned to become leading scholars in their disciplines.

Faculty Development Fellowship
Faculty Development Fellowships are offered to outstanding faculty in Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Mongolia, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan.

Global Supplementary Grant Program
The Global Supplementary Grant Program offers supplementary grants to doctoral students from selected countries of Eastern and Central Europe, the former Soviet Union, and Mongolia.

Georgia Program for Education Professionals
The Georgia Program for Education Professionals offers fellowships for master's degree study in the United States for individuals from Georgia.

Open Society Foundation Maastricht University Scholarship
This program offers European Studies fellowships at Maastricht University to scholars from Georgia, Moldova, and the Ukraine.`

Palestinian Faculty Development Program
The Palestinian Faculty Development Program seeks to increase capacity within the higher education sector in the West Bank/Gaza by supporting PhD and short-term visit fellowships for faculty members from Palestinian universities at U.S. host institutions.

Palestinian Rule of Law Program
The Palestinian Rule of Law Program provides support for graduate legal studies leading to an LLM (Masters of Laws) degree.

Roma Memorial University Scholarship Program
The Roma Memorial University Scholarship Program offers funding for eligible Romani students at the university level.

Social Work Fellowship Program
The Social Work Fellowship Program offers two U.S.–based fellowships: the two-year Masters program, and the non-degree Social Work Faculty Fellowship program.

Soros Supplementary Grant Program
The Soros Supplementary Grant Program was created to assist citizens of the countries of Central and Eastern Europe, the former Soviet Union, and Mongolia who are pursuing advanced study within this region but outside of their home countries.

Burma Supplementary Grant Program
The program funds students who are enrolled in academic programs primarily in Asia and who are likely to return to Burma to work for the democratic and economic rebirth of the country.

UK Scholarship Programs
The UK Scholarship Programs include one-year scholarships, generally in the social sciences and humanities, for students and scholars from Central and Eastern Europe and the former Soviet Union to study at various graduate institutions in the UK.

Undergraduate Exchange Program
The Undergraduate Exchange Program supports students from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Kosovo, Macedonia, Moldova, Mongolia, Serbia, and Ukraine for one year of non-degree academic studies in the United States.
