Every year, OSI’s UK Scholarship Programs organize a conference to bring together all current OSI/Chevening grantees in Britain. Over the course of the 2007 conference, participants had the opportunity to present and discuss academic papers, participate in debate sessions, learn about professional development opportunities, and expand their networks of personal and professional contacts with colleagues from Central and Eastern Europe and the former Soviet Union, as well as from the Middle East, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Mongolia, Pakistan, and Turkey.
