Each year, OSI Scholarship Programs holds a Mid-Year Conference, bringing together current OSI/Chevening grantees in Britain.
In 2010, the University of Durham, England, will play host to over 80 scholarship holders at universities in England and Scotland. Scholars will have the opportunity to present and discuss academic papers, participate in debate sessions, learn about professional development opportunities, and expand their networks of personal and professional contacts with colleagues from Central and Eastern Europe, the former Soviet Union, the Middle East, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Mongolia, Pakistan, and Turkey.
