Muskie Quarterly is a publication by and for alumni of the Edmund S. Muskie/Freedom Support Act Graduate Fellowship Program, which is a focus area of OSI's Scholarship Programs. The Fall 2003 issue focuses on careers and includes essays and articles on topics such as finding a job, re-entering the job market, and building a career that is personally satisfying as well as challenging.
