Jonathan Torgovnik
2007 In partnership with Amnesty International, Jonathan Torgovnik created a university tour of “Intended Consequences: Genocide Mothers, Children of Rape,” a chronicle of women and their children born out of rape during the 1994 Rwandan genocide. The exhibition toured ten colleges and universities in the United States. A multimedia piece accompanied the exhibition so audiences can hear the women tell their own stories.
