Film Screening: Liberia—An Uncivil War
Tim Hetherington

Tim Hetherington is a cinematographer, filmmaker, and photographer who has received numerous awards including a grant from the Hasselblad Foundation, two prizes from World Press Photo, and a fellowship from the National Endowment for Science, Technology, and the Arts. His photographs from Liberia are on view at the Open Society Institute as part of the Moving Walls photography exhibition.

Jonathan Stack

Jonathan Stack is an Emmy Award winning and two time Academy Award nominated documentary filmmaker. In 1991, he founded Gabriel Films, an independent documentary film company that specializes in social issue storytelling. He has produced over 75 films, including The Farm and The Wildest Show in the South: The Angola Prison Rodeo.
