Mark Wolfe, Public Information Officer The Coalition for Quality End-of-Life Care is developing a national symposium to be held on April 17, 1997, for health and medical reporters and other interested media representatives. Without ignoring the fact that physician-assisted suicide has become the subject of considerable judicial, legislative, and media attention, the goal is to help focus the public debate on the appropriate balance sought by caregivers and patients in meeting the needs of patients at the end of life and the role of health care professionals. | $80,000 | One Year |
