St. Mary's/Duluth Clinic Health System's Grief Support Center

To establish a model utilizing a hospital-based community grief and bereavement program working collaboratively with local, regional, and state agencies and organizations to educate over 2,500 professionals on the topic of grief and bereavement. As a result of the program, these professionals will be instrumental in starting or improving end-of-life and bereavement support groups, or in developing and collaborating on educational programs within their own health-care settings, religious community, or organizational community.
