This short film provides an overview of the Open Society Initiative for Eastern Africa: who we are, what we do, and how we do it. The OSIEA mission is premised on achieving change that will contribute to genuine democratic reform in Eastern Africa. The manner in which we operate is guided by our organizational values including justice, passion, equality, diversity, innovation, integrity, and solidarity.
