OSI Forum: Building Stability in Afghanistan
Joanna Nathan

Joanna Nathan joined the International Crisis Group in Kabul in May 2005. She previously worked for the Institute for War and Peace Reporting, editing for their Central Asian news service and training journalists in Kabul and Mazar-e Sharif throughout 2003 and 2004. This included helping oversee a daily news service involving 40 local reporters covering Afghanistan's Constitutional Loya Jirga. She had previously written on South Asia for three years for a variety of British publications including The Times of London after working for CNN's Europe and Middle Eastern bureau in London.
