Authors Look at Vermont Health System

Soros Advocacy Fellow Dr. Deborah Richter was featured in a March 8, 2005, article in the Barre Montpelier Times Argus. Dr. Richter is co-author of the book At the Crossroads: The Future of Health Care, which discuss ways that Vermont can provide national leadership by developing a new statewide funding system for healthcare.
