Former Fellow Michael Fine Promotes Prescription Plan for Low-Income Patients

Dr. Michael Fine, a Soros Advocacy Fellowship alumnus, has appeared on billboards throughout Rhode Island advertising a prescription plan for low-income patients. Dr. Fine has been working on a bill authorizing state purchase and distribution of all adult immunization.
