Soros Fellow Deborah Richter's Book on Universal Health Coverage Published

Soros Advocacy Fellow Dr. Deborah Richter was featured in the February 23, 2005, Rutland Herald as co-author of At the Crossroads: The Future of Health Care in Vermont. The book examines Vermont’s healthcare system and exposes the myths that the authors believe are blocking reform.
