D.H. and others v. Czech Republic: Joint Submission to Committee of Ministers of Council of Europe

This joint submission by the Open Society Justice Initiative and the European Roma Rights Center to the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe reports on the continued failure of the Czech Republic to end segregation of Roma school children. 

The report urges the committee to visit the Czech Republic and to ramp up pressure for the implementation of the court ruling of November 13, 2007 in the case, D.H and others v. Czech Republic.
