To advocate for reforms of Southeast Asian policies (including bilateral and multilateral trade agreements) that constitute barriers to access to knowledge. Advocacy will be based on analysis of the impact of copyright on access to books, journals, and teaching materials. The coalition-building and advocacy activities will concentrate on Indonesia and Thailand.
