This project seeks to create the Lithuanian Research Library Consortium Infrastructure, which ensures professional support for member libraries in selecting, subscribing and using electronic information; expanding the access of electronic information; providing member libraries with educational and consulting services; establishing and maintaining professional contacts with publishers and library consortiums in other countries; looking for funding; participating in professional international projects and working together to influence the global information environment.
