Elizabeth Eagen

Program Manager

After working several years exclusively with the OSI's Human Rights and Governance Grants program (HRGGP) in Budapest, Elizabeth Eagen is now a joint program officer for the Information Program and HRGGP. 

Elizabeth continues her country-based portfolio with HRGGP’s human rights and accountability funds, covering Russia, Georgia, Armenia and Kazakhstan.  With the Information Program, she focuses globally on human rights data projects, and the use of new media tools in information management, developing grants and grantmaking for organizations creating sets of data to answer human rights and policy questions and support advocacy campaigns with data visualization tools and tactics.
