Human Rights
The Human Rights and Governance Grants Program supports national and international advocacy organizations promoting political and civil rights at local, national and regional levels.

Government Accountability
OSI's Human Rights and Governance Grants Program works to advance government accountability in Central and Eastern Europe, the former Soviet Union, and Mongolia.

Internship Initiative
The Internship Initiative is a joint program of the Human Rights and Governance Grants Program and the OSI Scholarship Programs.
