
The OSI International Higher Education Support Program's Regional Seminar for Excellence in Teaching (ReSET) announces the launch of the new three-year projects. Junior faculty in the social sciences and humanities from the regions of Eastern and Southeastern Europe and Eurasia, teaching in the relevant fields and meeting other eligibility criteria, are invited to apply to the following projects, which begin summer 2006.

School of Economic Studies, National University of Mongolia - Social-Economic Consequences of Corruption, Violation of Property Rights and Tax Evasion in the NIS
Odessa National University, Odessa Regional Institute of Public Administration, Ukraine
HESP funding, as a rule, provides coverage of all major costs of participation for the candidates from the target region. Nonregional faculty are encouraged to participate in the seminar activities on a self- or co-funding basis.
Please note that HESP neither recruits nor selects the participants of the individual projects; each project operates independently and the recruiting, funding, and organizational procedures vary among projects.
