The HESP Mobility Program is designed to support visits to/from a HESP Network Institution (one of the institutions, sending or receiving, must be a HESP Network Institution).
Applications may be submitted at any time but must be received at least three months (student mobility) or two months (faculty and administrative mobility) prior to the proposed visit.
Applicants must be able to demonstrate that the mobility grant will be used to enhance the educational experience at the home institution and that the mobility grant will be used for purposes related directly to the studies undertaken at the home institution. Potential applicants should note the level of studies (undergraduate, master's, doctoral) offered at the respective institution, and consider applying only to a program that corresponds to the level of study at the home institution.
Applications may be submitted at any time. Please note that applications for study during the last academic year of undergraduate study will not be considered.
While at the host institution, the students are expected to fulfill the academic requirements (i.e. earn the number of credits) equivalent to those normally applied to full-time students at the home institution in the given semester. Students who fail to fulfill this requirement may be requested to repay OSI the full amount of the grant.
