Administrative Mobility

The HESP Mobility Program is designed to support visits to/from a HESP Network Institution (one of the institutions, sending or receiving, must be a HESP Network Institution).

Administrative staff of higher education institutions from Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria*, Croatia, Czech Republic*, Hungary*, Kosovo, Latvia*, Lithuania*, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Poland*, Romania*, Serbia, Slovak Republic*, Slovenia*, the former Soviet Union; and Mongolia, who are interested in visiting another higher education institution in Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Kosovo, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, the former Soviet Union; and Mongolia in order to gain work-related experience for use at the home institution are eligible to apply.

Higher education institutions from Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria*, Croatia, Czech Republic*, Hungary*, Kosovo, Latvia*, Lithuania*, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Poland*, Romania*, Serbia, Slovak Republic*, Slovenia*, the former Soviet Union; and Mongolia who are interested to invite a person working for any higher education institution in Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Kosovo, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, the former Soviet Union; and Mongolia, in order to gain work-related experience for use at the host institution are eligible to apply.

Length of Visit

Up to one week.

Ineligible Activities

• travel to and from Central European University;
• travel to an institution in the home country;
• short course and seminar attendance;
• participation in any kind of conference and congress.

Eligible Expenses

• travel-related expenses (travel, visa, insurance);
• living expenses
• accommodation.

Up to five grants per academic year may be awarded for visits to/from each HESP network institution.

Instructions to Applicants

• All application materials must be in English or accompanied by an English translation.
• Individuals may receive only one grant per academic year.
• Simultaneous application to different institutions is not allowed.

Applications must be submitted at least two months prior to the proposed visit.
