A grant to support the participation of Pisey Ly, a Junior Program Officer at Womyn’s Agenda for Change in Cambodia, in the 2007 Human Rights Advocates Program (HRAP) sponsored by the Center for the Study of Human Rights (CSHR) at Columbia University.

HRAP is a capacity-building program designed to strengthen the skills, knowledge, and networks of proven human rights defenders from the Global South and marginalized communities in the United States. HRAP offers leaders of marginalized communities from around the world opportunities and resources to advocate for social justice on behalf of local peoples.
