ARC International
2006

A grant to support ARC International’s work at the International AIDS Conference in Toronto (Aug. 13-18) to coordinate a panel presentation and dialogue at the LGBT community “networking” space within the Global Village. As part of its commitment to organizational capacity-building and strengthening international networks within lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgendered communities and their allies, ARC International sought to ensure meaningful outcomes for these communities by highlighting the work of two organizations, Gays and Lesbians of Zimbabwe (GALZ) and the Blue Diamond Society in Nepal, to stimulate the sharing of lessons learned and best practices among LGBT organizations.
