Human Rights Education Institute of Burma
2007

A grant to support the Human Rights Education Institute of Burma's (HREIB) efforts to provide HIV/AIDS awareness and human rights education among Burmese LGBT migrant workers and male sex workers in Chiang Mai, Ranong, and Mae Sod, Thailand; to assist them to articulate their issues and conditions and expose the human rights abuses they face; and to equip these groups with skills and agency over their own lives to improve their health and address human rights violations.
