A grant to build the capacity of the Asia Pacific Network of Sex Workers to advance its objectives of providing useful services to member organizations and conducting regional advocacy to advance sex workers' health-related rights.  Activities include: holding a two-day general consultative meeting with participants from each member country to elect a new advisory board and to finalize the network's new organizational policies and procedures; rewriting, translating, and distributing the handbook Making Sex Work Safe, originally produced by the Network of Sex Work Projects; providing technical support to member organizations on key advocacy issues; and holding an annual board meeting.
