International Harm Reduction Conference
Location: Warsaw, Poland
Event Date(s): May 13, 2007 - May 17, 2007

The Sexual Health and Rights Project (SHARP) supported sex worker health and rights advocates around the globe to organize a strong presence at the 18th Annual International Harm Reduction Conference. The goal was to encourage a focused exploration of sex worker health and rights concerns at the conference, and to strengthen the relationship between sex worker and harm reduction communities.

Rachel Wotton of the Scarlet Alliance in Australia, a leading sex worker advocacy organization, spoke at the plenary panel about the relationship between sex worker rights and harm reduction. She consulted with numerous sex worker advocacy organizations to be able to share their perspectives.

Attached below is a full agenda of sex worker health and rights events that took place at the conference, as well as key health and rights messages.
