Western Africa Assessment on Sexual Health and Rights

This study, undertaken by SHARP in Senegal and Cote d’Ivoire, aims to provide information for the development of a regional strategy related to the sexual health and rights of marginalized populations. The goal of this assessment is to answer outlined strategy questions in order to inform strategy dialogue and discussions.

The assessment was conducted between August 15 and September 23, 2005, in Senegal and Cote d’Ivoire. The study methodology was organized around information gathering through document review, interviews and focus group discussions, and incorporated data collection and analysis.
