2006 Funds are to support the improvement of the health mediation system in Romania. Specific objectives include: improving the strategic vision of the health mediation program; organizing working meetings at local and central levels with representatives of County Public Health Directorates and the Ministry of Health in order to elaborate a joint plan of activities to support the improvement of the health mediation system; setting up five permanent regional centers of monitoring and evaluating the activity of the health mediators hired within the County Public Health Directorates; publishing a newsletter for the health mediators active within the Ministry of Health’s network.
